We are looking for a Senior Brand Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving product innovation and crafting impactful communication strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead with collaboration: Guide product innovation processes by working closely with diverse teams across CMI, Supply Chain, Artwork Excellence, R&D and Marketing to ensure successful launches. Think globally, act locally: Partner with brand teams around the world to share insights and maximise global synergies, while tailoring solutions to meet local consumer needs. Create impactful campaigns: Collaborate with agency partners to deliver engaging campaigns built on strong digital and content strategies. Champion consumer relevance: Work hand-in-hand with local marketing teams to design product mixes that delight consumers and add value for customers. Measure and improve: Monitor market performance, evaluate the effectiveness of projects, and recommend improvements to ensure we stay true to our brand purpose. Explore new possibilities: Experiment with fresh approaches to surprise and delight consumers, driving both brand love and business performance. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree Graduate. Advanced English. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Previous experience working in Marketing. Growth Mindset: willingness to think bigger and deliver better. Eye for beauty: attention to details and consistently delivers high-quality work. Analytical Power: ability to transform data and consumer insights into brand growth opportunities. Excellent interpersonal skills: build effective relationships with partners based in different countries. Bias for action: independent, a self-starter with ability to act fast and multitask in a fast-paced working environment. Consumer Love: Demonstrates strong consumer love and ability to put the consumer first. Passionate and committed.
