- We are looking for a Country Manager to lead and accelerate our operations in Brazil, one of our most strategic markets. This role is for a proven commercial leader who moves fast, thinks entrepreneurially, and is excited to build at scale using modern tools and technology. You’ll lead a strong local team, work hands-on to drive growth, own results end to end, and represent a bold, innovative sports media brand while turning big opportunities into real momentum.
- Responsibilities
- • Define and execute the overall business strategy for 365Scores in Brazil, aligned with global objectives.
- • Own the P&L for the Brazilian operation, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- • Identify market trends, audience behavior, and commercial opportunities within the Brazilian sports and digital ecosystem.
- • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing local teams across sales, partnerships, and operations.
- • Drive revenue growth through direct sales, strategic partnerships, brand integrations, and new business development.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, advertisers, media agencies, brands, and strategic partners.
- • Represent 365Scores in the Brazilian market, strengthening brand positioning and industry presence.
- • Collaborate closely with global teams (sales, marketing, product, content, and tech) to ensure local needs are reflected in global initiatives.
- • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities.
- • Establish and track KPIs, forecasts, and budgets, reporting performance and insights to the executive leadership team.
- • Ensure operational excellence, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with company values and culture.
- Requirements
- • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, such as Country Manager, General Manager or Business Director, in digital media, sports media, or advertising.
- • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex commercial operations.
- • Deep understanding of the Brazilian digital, media, and advertising market.
- • Passion for sports is essential.
