I am developing a professional skills-based training program within the legal services / legal support field, focused on written work-product, procedural workflows, and case preparation skills commonly used in legal practice involving forms, motions, supporting statements, evidence organization, and written submissions. This is not a motivational, mindset, lifestyle, or beginner “legal 101” course. The goal is to create a structured, practical, implementation-focused training experience that helps learners execute professional-grade work using repeatable frameworks and systems. I am seeking a course production & digital operations partner to help turn expertise and raw material into a cohesive learning program with clear structure, flow, and student implementation tools. Specific legal subject matter will be discussed only after selection and a confidentiality step. ⸻ Your Role You will assist with structure, sequencing, packaging, and delivery planning, including: • Organizing curriculum flow & modular lesson outline • Designing learning progression for skill-acquisition (not theory-dumping) • Creating structure for worksheets, templates, checklists, and implementation tasks • Setting up workflow systems using ClickUp / Asana / Notion • Selecting & configuring hosting platform (Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, etc.) • Helping define student journey from onboarding → execution → completion You do not need to be a legal expert. You must be good at clarity, organization, and learning structure. ⸻ Ideal Candidate Qualities • Thinks logically, breaks large processes into steps • Communicates clearly and concisely • Comfortable working with raw, imperfect input (notes, voice messages, drafts) • Solution-oriented, not instruction-dependent • Understands adult learning and skill implementation • Can create structure from complexity, not just format text • Experience building online courses, training programs, certifications, academies, or cohort-based education ⸻ Nice-to-Have (Not Required) • Experience working with professionals in compliance, legal, medical, government, finance, or regulated industries • Familiarity with Thinkific / Kajabi / Notion-style learning environments ⸻ How We Will Work The project will be executed in phases with fixed-price milestones to ensure clarity and quality.
