We’re seeking a highly skilled and conceptually aligned Book Cover Designer to bring to life two distinct but interwoven nonfiction titles on leadership. These are not part of a series, but they are intentionally paired — each exploring a different dimension of modern leadership. While visually unique, the covers should mirror one another in energy, symbolism, and rhythm. These books will be sold independently on Amazon (in different categories: Business & Finance and Self-Help), yet strategically bundled and marketed as complementary reflections — a yin and yang of leadership evolution. The Books: Book 1 - Theme: Inward, contemplative, embodied leadership - Tone: Soft, poetic, intimate - Category: Self-Help / Personal Growth Book 2 - Theme: Bold thesis on leadership in the AI era - Tone: Disruptive, sharp, catalytic Category: Business & Leadership The books are meant to challenge, soften, awaken, and realign how leaders see themselves and their role in the world. Your covers will be the gateway to this transformation, anchoring the reader before they ever read a word. What We’re Looking For: - A designer who can work with symbolism, duality, and conceptual tension - Experience designing covers for nonfiction titles (business or self-help, especially) - Ability to explore visual metaphors (light/shadow, mirror/reflection, breath/signal, soft/sharp) - Someone who values both emotional tone and market positioning - Familiarity with Amazon specs and typography best practices Deliverables: - Two book covers, print-ready and optimized for Amazon KDP (paperback + ebook) - Source files Any early visual concepts you feel might align with this vision
