The name of the SAAS will be "Empregoou" and it will be a platform where companies will advertise their available job openings, and interested people will apply. My focus will be on simple people who are not very familiar with technology (in my city this model already works, the only difference is that the company is an Instagram profile that posts the available vacancies of other companies. The other companies pay a fee of 55 reais per post, and this Instagram that posts makes an average of 900 posts per month). Individual users of this SAAS (job applicants) will not need to register, only companies (legal entities) will register. I thought of this because, this way, the platform has a greater chance of booming quickly. On the website's main page, there will be a header containing the logo on the left side and two buttons on the right side: one button labeled "Advertise vacancy" and the other "login." If the entrepreneur clicks on "Advertise vacancy," they will be redirected to register the company's data (registration page), and then redirected to the access panel. If the entrepreneur clicks on "login," they will be redirected to the login page and then redirected to the access panel. Within this panel, they will be able to advertise the job opening, with the vacancy details. The job posting must follow the Standard: Position, company name, salary, location, Requirements, Working hours, and a field to include a company logo (optional; companies are not required to include their logo). Next to or below this posting, there must be an "I'm interested" button so job seekers can apply. Clicking on this "I'm interested" button will result in a pop-up window with a form for those interested in the position to fill out. This form will have the following inputs: Name, age, city, WhatsApp, Description of why you want the position, Resume (optional). At the end of this form, there must be an "apply" button. After filling out everything and clicking the "apply" button, the person will be redirected to the thank you page, where there will be an image with the information. The "Thank you" page will have a button called "Search for more available vacancies." If the person clicks this button, they will be redirected to the main page to search for more available vacancies. The company will receive the resume and registration data, and the Empreegou AI will read each candidate who registered and pass on to the company the one that best fits the advertised position. If this hiring is successful, the company will mark on its dashboard that the vacancy has been filled. Immediately afterward, this vacancy will disappear from the initial search and will no longer be available. Right below the page's header, there will be a search engine with one input called "function" (where the person seeking the position will enter the position they are looking for) and another input called "city" (which will show the cities with available jobs). Next to these two inputs, there will be a search button, which, when clicked, will be directed to the job posting page in that city. I want these two inputs to display the possibilities as the user types. For example: The user types "ME," then input shows the options doctor, mechanic, etc. The same thing happens with input city. The SaaS I described is very simple; I don't want to create something complex because I want to serve small and medium-sized companies (even large ones, if possible), and people from the simplest to those who understand cell phones. I don't have much idea about prices and recurring fees, but I thought of: 30 days free, after 30 days R$47.90 per month (to advertise up to 5 job openings), R$97.90 per month (to advertise up to 10 job openings), and R$149.90 per month (to advertise up to 100 job openings). Remembering that it will be free for job seekers; only companies will pay to advertise their vacancies.
