Job Title: Creative Editor (Video + Static Ads) Location: Brazil or U.S.–based (or international with exceptional English skills) Type: Contract-to-Hire or Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Editor who can turn pre-filmed content into high-converting, masterclass-style ads that inspire action and tell stories with clarity, precision, and beauty. You’ll be working with world-class entrepreneurial and thought-leadership content — shaping short-form video ads, static visuals, and micro assets that feel both premium and human. What You’ll Do Edit and craft short-form ads, promos, and brand assets from existing long-form or filmed content. Create minimal yet visually intricate motion graphics that illustrate ideas and frameworks. Design static and social ads (for YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) using a clear visual hierarchy and intentional storytelling. Collaborate with producers and strategists to align ad creative with sales psychology, pacing, and funnel strategy. Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all deliverables — every frame and layout should feel elevated and on-brand. Balance multiple projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing creative quality. Skills & Tools Required Adobe Premiere Pro – expert-level video editing, pacing, and storytelling for ads. Adobe After Effects – motion design skills for elegant, minimal conceptual graphics. Descript – text-based editing, rough cuts, and captioning. Figma or similar design tools – for static ad layouts and visual development. Strong understanding of sales-driven creative, pacing, and conversion storytelling. Familiarity with platform-specific ad formats and creative best practices. Excellent written and spoken English.
