We are seeking a skilled and creative mobile UI/UX designer to refine the look, usability, and flow of our nearly completed job management app for the service industry. The app must feel modern, super clean, and intuitive, with a focus on usability and a professional, consistent design system. You will collaborate closely with our full-stack developer to ensure your designs translate seamlessly into our React + Tailwind CSS mobile stack. Beyond polishing layouts, you’ll help stress-test mobile user flows and provide App Store & Google Play launch support (visual assets, onboarding polish, branding consistency). Responsibilities: Refine and modernize mobile app UI design (iOS & Android) Ensure intuitive workflows for service industry job management tasks Conduct user flow stress-testing and refine weak points Deliver ready-to-implement Figma (or equivalent) design files Support App Store & Google Play launch with branding assets and UX adjustments Work in close collaboration with the developer for smooth implementation Requirements: Proven experience in mobile app UI/UX design Strong understanding of Tailwind CSS-style design systems Ability to produce production-ready design files (Figma or equivalent) Portfolio showcasing clean, modern mobile app designs Strong communication and teamwork skills Other conditions: NDA & Intellectual Property compliance required (see below) Must collaborate closely with developer for alignment between design and implementation Deliver designs optimized for mobile performance and app store approval
