  • We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize the Salesforce platform for an organization, ensuring it effectively supports business processes and user needs. They configure, customize, and maintain the system, manage users and data, and provide training and support to users. Additionally, they work with stakeholders to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the system aligns with business goals.

  • Key Responsibilities

System Configuration and Customization

  • Configuring Salesforce to meet specific business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Managing user accounts, profiles, and permissions to ensure appropriate data access.
  • Developing and customizing applications within the Salesforce platform to streamline processes.

User Management and Support

  • Onboarding new users and providing training on Salesforce best practices.
  • Troubleshooting user issues and providing timely support.
  • Creating and managing reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to users.

Data Management

  • Importing, exporting, and cleaning data to maintain data integrity.
  • Managing data security and ensuring data privacy.
  • Developing and implementing data quality strategies.

System Maintenance and Optimization

  • Monitoring Salesforce performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as data cleanup and system upgrades.
  • Staying up-to-date with new Salesforce releases and implementing new features.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Working with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborating with other technical teams, such as developers and business analysts, to implement customizations and integrations.
  • Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
