  • We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Coordinator/Assistant/Associate to support our CRM and Lifecycle Marketing initiatives. This role will focus on the execution of campaigns, audience segmentation, and quality assurance across email and SMS channels. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, enjoys process-driven work, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Campaign Execution & Automation
  • Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns.
  • Eventually build and manage automated flows within Klaviyo.
  • Manage and execute signup units, ensuring accuracy and performance tracking.
  • Segmentation & List Management
  • Create, maintain, and QA audience segments and suppression lists.
  • Oversee campaign deliverability, UTM tagging, and link validation to ensure flawless execution.
  • Operational Coordination
  • Coordinate asset management, campaign scheduling, and testing cycles.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and data teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals.
  • Performance & Troubleshooting
  • Monitor performance metrics to identify and troubleshoot any campaign or deliverability issues.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign coordination.
  • Platform Knowledge: Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, Iterable).
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of UTM parameters, deliverability best practices, and data segmentation.
  • Project Management: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Schedule: Availability to work Eastern Time (ET) hours.
  • BONUS SKILLS
  • Experience with SMS marketing platforms.
  • Basic HTML or email template editing experience.
  • Familiarity with QA tools and campaign reporting dashboards.
