Project: We are a non-profit developing a sustainable spiritual eco-community in South America. Our goal is to raise USD 800,000–1,000,000 to secure land, create a spiritual eco-park, restore forests and launch educational and social programs. We are looking for a Crowdfunding Campaign Lead with proven experience running large-scale fundraising campaigns for environmental, social or spiritual projects. This is extremely important: please do not apply without real, verifiable experience on projects of a comparable scale, and be prepared to share concrete supporting details, specific cases and exact amounts you helped raise. Key Responsibilities • Design and lead end-to-end crowdfunding campaigns for our eco-community project. • Optimize campaign pages (copy, structure, visuals, calls-to-action) to maximize clarity and emotional impact. • Craft and refine storytelling that clearly communicates: • the global ecological and spiritual challenges, • our solution (spiritual eco-community + reforestation), • and a compelling call to support. • Collaborate with our creative team on the hero video (1–2 minutes): concept, script, messaging alignment. • Coordinate campaigns on multiple platforms (e.g. GoFundMe, Chuffed.org, Indiegogo, regional platforms in South America). • Analyze performance (conversion, CTR, average donation, retention) and continuously A/B test messaging and visuals. Requirements • Proven track record of successful crowdfunding campaigns raising hundreds of thousands of USD (ideally 200k+ per campaign or cumulatively similar scale). • Portfolio of campaigns in at least one of these fields: • ecosystem restoration • reforestation • eco-communities / sustainable living • social impact / spiritual or community projects. • Strong skills in copywriting, storytelling and funnel optimization. • Ability to work with designers / video editors to create high-conversion pages and hero videos. • Comfortable working remotely with an international, values-driven team. Case Studies & Results (Mandatory) Please provide specific, verifiable examples: • Name and link for each campaign you worked on. • Exact amount raised for each campaign (in USD or clearly convertible currency). • Your role and responsibilities. • 2–3 sentences on what you changed (e.g. new copy, new structure, new hero video) and what uplift it produced (e.g. “conversion increased from X% to Y%”).
