Job Title: Smart Contract Engineer (Crypto Project Launch) Overview We’re building a greenfield crypto project on Ethereum and are looking for an experienced Smart Contract Engineer who has already shipped at least one crypto project from concept through launch. This role involves designing and implementing smart contracts, managing the full deployment lifecycle, and collaborating with the team on tokenomics, security, and go-to-market readiness. Responsibilities Architect and implement Ethereum smart contracts (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, or custom standards). Lead contract deployment, testing, and security hardening for mainnet launch. Collaborate on tokenomics design, governance models, and ecosystem integration. Oversee audits and ensure contracts meet best-in-class security standards. Integrate smart contracts with front-end applications (Ethers.js / Web3.js). Support exchange listings, liquidity pool setups, and launch activities. Provide technical leadership for scaling, upgrades, and ongoing feature development. Requirements Proven experience launching at least one crypto project (token, NFT, or DeFi). Strong Solidity expertise with deep knowledge of Ethereum smart contract patterns. Hands-on with testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle). Familiarity with deployment scripts, contract upgrades, and gas optimization. Experience with security audits, bug bounties, and remediation of vulnerabilities. Understanding of tokenomics and DeFi mechanisms (staking, liquidity pools, governance). Bonus: experience integrating with Layer 2 chains, cross-chain bridges, or launchpads.
