Partner with the best As a Customer Care Specialist, you will prepare proposals/bids, do contract negotiation making sure we’re compliant with our commitments and do commercial risk assessment. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for: Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers Handling standardized products with pre-defined options Contributing to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices set Handling targeted clients Discussing sales approach with management Leading a department of medium-large personnel costs. Handling Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Accounting, Economics and International Relations) from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales) Have experience with SAP and Salesforce Have between 3 to 5 years of experience in the customer care area/environment. Have fluent or Advanced written and spoken Portuguese Have fluent or Advanced written and spoken English Have fluent or Advanced written and spoken Spanish is a desired skill Have strong oral and written communication skills Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills Have the ability to work independently with strong problem solving skills.
