No Cold Calling! This is a dynamic role in which sales will be a part of it! This will be a full time job Monday-Friday 8-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break. Not sure if we will pay it hourly or flat per month! We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and personable Customer Experience and Sales Associate to join our residential cleaning company team. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, sharing product details, and facilitating sales. A strong emphasis on communication and a customer-centered approach are key to success in this role. Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus, but your passion for assisting customers and driving sales is what we value most! Please note that the sales aspect of this position is part-time. We also need support with various administrative tasks, such as managing schedule changes and ensuring our team members can access client homes. Fluency in English at a native level is required, along with a solid understanding of U.S. culture and colloquialisms. Comfort and confidence in phone communication are essential.
