Hiring Several Customer Onboarding Specialists Full-Time | CST Hours | Long-Term Position Location: Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST We are a high-performing insurance company based in Texas, seeking several full-time Customer Onboarding Specialists to join our team. This is a client-facing role conducted through Zoom video calls, so professionalism, confidence on camera, and exceptional communication skills are essential. Position Overview: The Customer Onboarding Specialist will welcome new clients to our company, conduct onboarding sessions via Zoom, explain their insurance policies in simple terms, verify key information, and ensure their accounts are set up correctly. This role requires C2 English fluency (near-native level) and strong video presence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct 8–10 Zoom onboarding calls per day with new clients 2. Review and explain their insurance policies in a clear, friendly manner 3. Confirm client details and ensure accounts are properly set up 4. Provide exceptional customer service and answer basic questions 5. Join daily morning team huddles via Zoom 6. Complete administrative tasks and process policy updates Requirements: 1. Must have C2 English fluency (near-native level) absolutely required 2. We are only authorized to hire talent in the following countries: Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil.
