Who We're Looking For: We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive Customer Service Assistant to support our Account Manager with daily client communication and operational tasks. This is a support role focused on execution - you'll handle routine client touchpoints, follow-ups, and administrative tasks to keep our client accounts running smoothly. You'll work under the direction of our Account Management leadership, following established processes and guidelines to maintain consistent, professional communication with our clients. ✨ Responsibilities: • Respond to daily client messages on Slack in a timely, professional manner • Send weekly check-in messages to clients to confirm account status and satisfaction • Follow up with clients on pending form responses, access credentials, and missing information • Manage Slack channel organization and client access permissions • Monitor and organize client contacts in Go High Level (GHL) • Track responses to important client forms and ensure timely completion • Send scheduled client communications, policy reminders, and account updates via Slack, email, or SMS • Flag complex client issues or concerns to management before responding • Keep detailed records of client interactions and pending items • Assist with basic retention initiatives as directed by Account Management • Double-check client information for accuracy before sending communications • Maintain organized documentation of client communication in shared folders • Help build specific Customer Service SOPs 💡 Requirements: • Excellent written communication skills in English (this is non-negotiable) • Experience with Slack, Google Drive, Clickup (for Customer Task Management) and Email management (Gmail) • Strong attention to detail - small mistakes can hurt client relationships • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines precisely • Comfortable working independently while taking direction from management • Responsive and reliable - clients expect quick replies during business hours • Availability to work at least 4-5 hours/day during Americas timezone • Professional tone and customer service mindset • Comfortable using Go High Level (GHL) or willing to learn quickly Bonus Points If You: • Have worked in customer support for a marketing agency or service business • Understand basic marketing terminology • Have experience managing client communication across multiple platforms • Have used project management tools like ClickUp before 🕓 Commitment & Pay: • Part-time to start (20-25 hours/week), with potential to grow • Long-term collaboration preferred 🚀 How to Apply: In your proposal, briefly share: - Your experience with customer service or client communication - What tools you're comfortable using (Slack, GHL, ClickUp, Gmail, Drive, etc.) - One quick example of how you handled a challenging client situation professionally - Your English communication level (written and spoken) ⚠️ Applications without answers to these questions will not be considered. 🔷 If you're organized, reliable, and ready to support a growing team with daily client operations - this is your chance! 🔷
