About the job - responsibilities
- Own the relationship with customers from the moment they purchase our product to the final installation and after-sales.
- Actively communicate with the customers and keep them updated throughout the process.
- Get testimonials and reviews after the order is fulfilled.
- Get referrals so we can sell to their contacts/friends.
- Identify corporate sales opportunities.
What are we looking for
- English: native speaker or near-native fluency.
- Relevant experience interacting with demanding customers, either in sales or customer support.
- Doer: perfect is the enemy of good.
- Positive mindset: when a problem arises, always focus on how to solve it. We don’t want that person that has a problem for every solution.
- People’s person: needs to be eager to talk to the customers. If the candidate doesn’t like speaking on the phone, it’s a non-starter.
- Self organized and self managed: the ideal candidate documents their learnings, manages their own agenda, keeps track of KPIs and goals.
- Name your salary: You’ll earn based on the impact you make in the company, and the complexity of the challenges you can take on.
- Stock vesting after month 12 if you prove you add substantial value to the company.
- Freedom: flexible hours and work from anywhere.
- 3 weeks off + US holidays.
- Type of contract: W2 (for US-based candidates) or contractor agreement (for non-US candidates).
