  • What are we looking for: An English and Spanish speaking Customer Success Manager (CSM) for LATAM to join our international team.
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance / Business Valuation, Customer Success or Account Management
  • The ability to work remotely and autonomously
  • Experience in working in Customer Success or studies in Finance (ideally in the valuation sphere) - and an aptitude for the other
  • A strong sense of motivation, a customer-focused mindset, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
  • Fluent / Native English & Spanish
