- We’re helping our client, a fast-growing social commerce agency, find a Customer Success / Project Manager to support and scale their TikTok Shop operations across multiple eCommerce brands.
- In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients and internal TikTok Shop specialists, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication run smoothly. This position is highly client-facing and requires outstanding organization, communication, and project coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Customer Success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Lead onboarding, kickoff calls, and ongoing client communication.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships while managing expectations.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and performance recaps.
- Identify risks early and propose proactive solutions.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
- Project Management
- Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for multiple accounts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (TikTok Shop Ops, media, creative, influencers).
- Translate client objectives into clear tasks and workflows.
- Manage priorities, dependencies, and deadlines across brands.
- Track progress and enforce accountability through project management tools.
- Document SOPs, processes, and account-specific workflows.
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management.
- Experience working in an agency, eCommerce, or performance marketing environment.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Comfortable running client calls and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts and fast-moving priorities.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or DTC brands.
- Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Background in marketing operations or eCommerce workflows.
- Experience scaling processes in a startup or agency environment.
