  • We’re helping our client, a fast-growing social commerce agency, find a Customer Success / Project Manager to support and scale their TikTok Shop operations across multiple eCommerce brands.
  • In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients and internal TikTok Shop specialists, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication run smoothly. This position is highly client-facing and requires outstanding organization, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Success
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Lead onboarding, kickoff calls, and ongoing client communication.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships while managing expectations.
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and performance recaps.
  • Identify risks early and propose proactive solutions.
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
  • Project Management
  • Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for multiple accounts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (TikTok Shop Ops, media, creative, influencers).
  • Translate client objectives into clear tasks and workflows.
  • Manage priorities, dependencies, and deadlines across brands.
  • Track progress and enforce accountability through project management tools.
  • Document SOPs, processes, and account-specific workflows.

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management.
  • Experience working in an agency, eCommerce, or performance marketing environment.
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Comfortable running client calls and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts and fast-moving priorities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or DTC brands.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Background in marketing operations or eCommerce workflows.
  • Experience scaling processes in a startup or agency environment.
