Customer Support Payment Specialist About FieldPulse FieldPulse is a fun, dedicated, and growing team that is building modern applications for small home service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, specialty contractors, etc.) to help organize and run their business operations. We're here to ensure all trade service businesses have the tools they need to succeed. FieldPulse continues to lead the way with hard work, creativity, and a dash of humor and fun. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Payment Support operations to ensure we deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers using FieldPulse Payments, our integrated credit card and ACH processing platform. We’re hiring a Customer Support Representative to focus specifically on FieldPulse Payments. This is a specialized function within our broader support team that plays a direct role in driving revenue and delivering critical operational support. As usage and adoption of FieldPulse Payments grows, we’re building a dedicated support structure to manage the increasing volume and complexity of tasks related to this channel. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable handling sensitive financial topics. You’ll be responsible for responding to customers via email and phone, managing multiple tasks and requests daily with accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Support new customers through the FieldPulse Payments onboarding and approval process Assist with account configuration and setup support Respond to and resolve risk reviews and funding holds in partnership with our FinTech team Investigate and support ACH returns and funding blocks Proactively assist customers with unpaid statements Manage and respond to chargebacks, guiding customers through next steps Deliver responsive and professional day-to-day payments support Handle account deactivation requests appropriately and in line with company policy Qualifications Prior experience in customer support required Prior experience in financial operations is a plus but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Comfort navigating customer conversations around financial topics Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask effectively High level of accountability and attention to detail Prior experience in customer support or financial operations is a plus but not required Compensation and Schedule Pay: $12/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Location: Remote Why Join Us?
