Location: Remote – Brazil (Work from home) Job Type: Full-time (8 hours/day) Working Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 PM Brazil Time 🔹 About Us We are a fast-growing streaming app providing 350+ live TV channels and 60,000+ movies and series across Africa. Our focus is on delivering sports (Football, Rugby, Cricket) and local African movies/TV shows to millions of users. We are now expanding our customer support team and looking for motivated and bilingual Customer Support Representatives based in Brazil. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and WhatsApp in English. Assist users with account setup, login, and subscription payments (online & offline methods like PIX). Provide troubleshooting for app installation and streaming issues on Android TV & Mobile. Collect user feedback and report recurring issues to the product/tech team. Maintain high-quality, empathetic communication to ensure excellent customer experience. 🔹 Requirements Fluent in English (writing). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer support / call center / online helpdesk preferred. Familiar with streaming apps, Android devices, or IPTV is a plus.
