Location: Brazil or Philippines (Remote) Schedule: LATAM / US hours Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Full-Time) About the Role We are a global company operating in the crypto and digital finance space, providing secure and compliant services to users worldwide. As we expand our customer operations team, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Customer Support Specialist to assist users with account-related inquiries, document reviews, and general support. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email with clarity and professionalism Follow established escalation workflows for verification-related cases Assist users by identifying missing or incorrect information Maintain detailed internal case notes and follow internal SOPs accurately Work cross-functionally with internal teams (verification, risk, operations) Meet response time, quality, and resolution SLAs What We’re Looking For 3 years minimum experience in customer support, operations, or service desk Excellent written English communication Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing documents Ability to work LATAM/US hours Self-sufficient, organised, and comfortable with structured workflows PLUS: Experience in crypto, fintech, Web3, or digital financial services BONUS: Basic Spanish or Portuguese communication skills (Candidates with this skill will be preferred) Nice to Have Experience using tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar Background in fast-paced, global support teams What We Offer 100% remote role Competitive compensation Long-term stability (full-time contract) Opportunity to work in a growing global crypto/fintech environment
