We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to manage daily customer support operations across four e-commerce stores. Role Responsibilities - Handle incoming support cases, tickets, chargebacks, and disputes - Respond to customers quickly and professionally - Update order information, tracking, notes, and tags inside Shopify - Document and resolve cases following our internal SOPs - Communicate with our internal team through Slack - Light product training provided Requirements - Mandatory: Shopify admin experience + collaborator/partner access - Mandatory: Strong HubSpot experience (tickets, pipelines, customer comms) - Previous VA or customer support background in e-commerce - Strong written English - Able to follow SOPs and meet response-time expectations - Extremely organized and reliable Schedule - Ideal: Monday–Friday - Open to flexible hours and occasional weekend coverage if preferred - Approx. part-time to full-time depending on workload Tools We Use - Shopify - HubSpot - Slack - Google Workspace If you’re detail-oriented, fast with communication, and comfortable owning customer cases from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you.
