• Your responsibilities will include Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Manage the cybersecurity budget, including vendor selection and tool procurement. Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and red-team exercises. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g.,LGPD, SOX audit, or PCI DSS). Bachelor's degree in Information/Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security leadership roles. Hands-on experience in cyber security for solutions on AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms. Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms and processing environments. Preference will be given to experience with Integration of multiple platforms, SAP architectures, preferably including S/4HANA or SAP BTP. Practical experience with IT / OT and E-commerces Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models Good understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt Experience developing cyber blueprints, strategies and roadmaps Understanding and knowledge of NIST, ISOs, PCI and SOX audit Ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences Skilled at understanding the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations Proficient in translating future-state business capabilities and requirements into cybersecurity requirements Experience leading Application Rationalization and modernization initiatives. Experience in multi-country or global matrix environments. Effective interpersonal skills to work creatively and analytically for solving business problems and propose solutions Excellent communication and ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams English Advanced level Spanish is a plus.
