• A Data Analyst Consultant at Thoughtworks plays a key role in the collection, processing, and analysis of large data sets, contributing valuable insights to support informed decision-making for our clients. They assist in the strategy, implementation and production of data projects and help articulate the business impact. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Our data analysts also stay up-to-date on industry advancements and help ensure data quality and security.
• Job responsibilities
• You will develop and maintain dashboards, reports and strategic KPIs, using storytelling practices for dashboard construction.
• You will build solutions and validate hypotheses through comprehensive data analysis.
• You will design, conduct and measure both qualitative and quantitative research.
• You will create proposals and conduct A/B tests.
• You will perform ad-hoc studies as needed.
• You will actively contribute to team decision-making processes.
• You will collaborate with developers to ensure necessary data tagging for analysis and indicator calculations.
• You will connect with stakeholders to understand database structures, apply necessary business rules and share analysis methods and methodologies.
• Job qualifications
• Technical Skills
• You have experience in analytics and business intelligence projects.
• You have experience in developing dashboards using self-service BI tools, i.e.: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Microstrategy, etc.
• You are proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• You have exploratory, qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
• You understand research techniques and satisfaction indicators.
• You have experience with database query language (SQL).
• You have beginner to intermediate experience with Python.
• You have an awareness of Google Analytics, data visualization and databases.
• You have experience with Databricks and Azure cloud
• Intermediate English level is required

• You understand the importance of stakeholder management and can easily liaise between clients and other key stakeholders throughout projects, ensuring buy-in and gaining trust along the way.
