  • What You’ll Do
  • Lead data ingestion, validation, transformation, and quality assurance activities
  • Conduct rule-based privacy reviews, including PII/PHI detection and data classification
  • Prepare publication-ready data assets, including tables, figures, and structured datasets
  • Maintain data governance artifacts such as metadata, data lineage, and data dictionaries
  • Identify anomalies, risks, or compliance concerns and escalate complex issues to Tier-3 SMEs
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and identify opportunities for process optimization or automation
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, information systems, statistics, cybersecurity, or a related discipline
  • 5–7 years of direct experience in data operations, data quality, privacy review, or governance workflows
  • Proven expertise in data classification, PII/PHI identification, and privacy evaluation
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills in regulated or accuracy-critical environments
  • Experience preparing structured, publication-ready data and supporting compliance-aligned workflows
  • High proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and availability to work onsite five days a week at one of Exadel’s secure locations
  • Nice to Have
  • Relevant certifications such as IAPP (AIGP, CIPT, CIPM), DAMA CDMP, or equivalent
