What you'll do

Drive Strategic Alignment

  • Collaborate with the Data Product Group Manager (GDPM) to define the vision, mission, roadmap, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for data products;
  • Provide regular updates and insights on product performance to the GDPM and Product Leadership.

Plan and Prioritize

  • Develop quarterly plans in partnership with technical leaders, balancing business requests, technical debt, and initiatives that drive product evolution;
  • Assess team capacity to ensure priorities are realistic and aligned with strategic objectives.

Execute and Deliver

  • Work closely with the development team to execute the quarterly backlog efficiently;
  • Define epics and High-Level Requirements (HLRs), facilitating refinement sessions with technical leads;
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives);
  • Track team performance metrics and deliver sprint summary reports.

Engage Stakeholders

  • Maintain strong communication with business stakeholders through regular (bi-weekly or monthly) updates;
  • Present upcoming quarterly plans and negotiate trade-offs when necessary;
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable backlog items.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience working with development of data products (experience with data warehousing will be a plus);
  • Solid intermediate SQL skills;
  • Exceptional communication skills to bridge business and technical requirements;
  • Advanced English proficiency for effective collaboration with global teams and stakeholders;
  • Willingness to work on site in Campinas.

Nice to have

  • Experience in product management or data product management;
  • Hands-on experience creating epics and High-Level Requirements (HLRs);
  • Basic Python knowledge for data analysis or automation;
  • Experience in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams;
  • Experience delivering dashboards with attention to usability, design, and quality.
