I am looking for a specialist in email deliverability and Smartlead setup to help configure and optimize a multi domain and multi SMTP strategy to improve inbox placement and engagement. My base is B2C, with approximately 90 percent Gmail addresses. I am currently facing deliverability difficulties both with Gmail and Outlook, so I need someone capable of diagnosing and improving performance across both providers. I currently have some domains and SMTP resources available but I am fully open to suggestions regarding architecture and best practices. The ideal candidate will be able to both execute and propose technical and strategic solutions. Responsibilities: • Configure Smartlead for multiple sending domains and SMTPs • Recommend tools, providers, DNS structure and deliverability tactics • Implement domain and IP warming schedules • Suggest and test segmentation and throttling strategies • Compare performance between sending sources • Identify spam triggers and improve inbox placement • Optional assistance reviewing copy to avoid spam patterns Requirements: • Proven experience with Smartlead or similar platforms • Strong background in deliverability and inbox optimization • Experience with Gmail and Outlook deliverability • Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC and DNS configuration • Ability to explain and guide best practices for DNS and authentication strategy, as I will apply the configurations myself • Ability to propose strategy, not only operate tools
