• Why do we need you?

• We're looking for a talented (Senior) Delivery Manager to lead impactful projects. This is your opportunity if you're a skilled professional passionate about project success. You will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of data-intensive projects for Pharma and BioTech clients, with a special focus on clinical trials. You will ensure seamless collaboration, drive measurable value for clients, maintain high employee satisfaction within the team, and contribute to Appsilon’s growth and business success.

Your responsibilities

• Lead data-focused projects for Pharma and Biotech clients, especially those related to clinical trials
• Build strong relationships with clients – understand their needs, offer advice, and solve problems
• Ensure clients are satisfied and want to continue working with us
• Work with the sales team on pre-sales and the account management team on cross-sell and upsell opportunities by spotting client needs, proactive insights, and your expertise in clinical trials
• Step in as a Project or Product Manager if needed – manage backlog, clarify requirements, and support engineers

We’re looking for someone with

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or in top consulting companies
• Proven track record of leading successful IT projects in Pharma/Biotech
• Knowledge of CDISC standards in at least one of these areas: molecular biology, bioinformatics, clinical trial data tools, clinical data workflows
• Experience in working directly with clients and managing relationships
• Ability to talk to both business and technical people
• High motivation to achieve success, can-do attitude, business maturity, patience, strong communication skills, and a high level of professionalism
• Willingness to travel a few times a year when needed (Client’s visits, conferences, etc.)
• English at C1 level (near-native)
• Comfortable working across time zones (Europe and the US)

We offer

• You will oversee data-intensive projects in Pharma and BioTech, focusing on clinical trials. You will ensure client success, team satisfaction, and Appsilon’s growth.
• B2B contract: 18,000 - 22,000 PLN net + VAT (EUR 3.950 – 4.750 or USD 4.100 – 5.000)
• Total Compensation Value (salary + benefits): 23.940 – 29.260 PLN net (EUR 5.254 – 6.318 or USD 5.453 – 6.650)
• 26 paid vacation days + ca. 12 public holidays
• +5% of salary for professional development (courses, certifications)
