• Accountabilities
• Design and animate motion graphics for various marketing and internal communications.
• Create high-quality brand design assets, including presentations and social visuals.
• Develop and evolve brand systems, templates, and visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with remote design teams to ensure visual consistency and quality.
• Translate brand and product goals into compelling creative content.
• Contribute fresh ideas to creative projects and concepts.
• Assist with video editing and storytelling for presentations.
• Support senior management in building a reputation for excellence.

• Requirements
• 4-6+ years of experience in brand design and motion design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects; knowledge of Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Demonstrated skills in visual storytelling, typography, and contemporary design systems.
• Experience in producing assets for digital, social, and video formats.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing motion and brand design work.
• Ability to elevate creativity while adhering to a global brand system.
• Comfortable working with remote teams across multiple time zones.
• Bilingual in Portuguese and English.
• Experience in high-paced or agency environments is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to raise creative standards.
