Great opportunity!Global insurance and asset management company seeks a responsible, organized, dynamic and team-oriented person.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more squads;Responsibility for project finances, budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis using Microsoft Project and Project Server;Release Management and SDLC Compliance: Manage the digital product lifecycle using ServiceNow;Coach and mentor the team on Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.Requisitos e qualificaçõesProven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced, digital environment; Expert-level proficiency in MS Project and Project Server for financial management. You must be able to understand an allotment/budget, forecast it out, and speak to it in detail;Hands-on experience with IT Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow, for release and change management;Solid understanding of SDLC processes and the importance of process controls and documentation;Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; Fluency in English is mandatory.
