You will own the end-to-end creative process: from researching the market → ideating new hooks and angles → briefing editors → reviewing work → launching → analyzing performance → iterating again. Take feedback as fuel 📝 What’s Expected of You • Daily: You should be briefing creatives, reviewing work, creating new hooks, analyzing results, and communicating updates • First 2 weeks: You should have winning campaigns (making at least $500 profit a day) • Between weeks 2-4: You should be doing at least $3k profit per day • Between 4-8 weeks: You should be doing at least $5k profit per day • 8 weeks+: You should be generating at least $100K/month in profit across verticals
