Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing will lead all national marketing efforts for Rezolut, a multi-state diagnostic imaging platform with fixed-site centers, mobile operations, and subsidiaries including Assured Imaging Capital and in-house white-label mammography services. This individual will be responsible for shaping and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all digital, print, and site-level experiences and supporting growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee brand management and creative direction across Rezolut and all affiliated imaging centers, ensuring alignment across internal and external communications.
  • Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies across digital (Google Ads, social media, website), print, events, and referral outreach.
  • Plan, write, and launch monthly patient email campaigns at the center level to drive awareness, promote services, and foster repeat business.
  • Manage and maintain corporate websites (Squarespace and WordPress), ensuring up-to-date content, SEO optimization, and effective lead capture.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for web-related inquiries from Rezolut’s corporate website.
  • Lead marketing integration efforts for all new acquisitions, unifying branding, messaging, and digital assets under the Rezolut identity.
  • Manage Rezolut’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, developing and scheduling content to support brand engagement and service line promotion.
  • Direct online reputation management, responding to patient reviews and collaborating with Center Directors to resolve service concerns.
  • Support the sales teams with provider-facing materials, including brochures, outreach campaigns, referral kits, and go-to-market resources.
  • Lead and collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to create impactful, brand-aligned materials for both patients and referring providers.
  • Oversee all marketing-related purchasing and vendor coordination, including signage, branded merchandise, and print collateral.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications such as press releases, employee announcements, and cross-functional updates in collaboration with HR, RCM, legal, and operations leaders.
  • Lead seasonal and event-based campaigns, including Breast Cancer Awareness Month, by organizing branded swag, giveaways, and staff engagement assets.
  • Provide marketing support for national and local events, trade shows, and community outreach in coordination with executive and regional stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI and meet strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 7 - 10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare with multi-locations
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Experience managing brand identity, internal teams, and external vendors
  • Strong writing, editing, and strategic planning skills
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Squarespace, and WordPress is a plus

Required Skills:

  • Website maintenance experience with a focus on user experience, SEO, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for design and layout work
  • Experience in SEO/SEM strategy and implementation to drive measurable digital growth
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with operations, HR, legal, clinical, and executive stakeholders
  • Adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools such as SalesForce and data analytics tools such as Tableau
  • Understanding of medical imaging modalities and women’s health services
