  • A leading premium cookware and kitchenware brand is seeking a highly skilled Director of Paid Media to own, scale, and optimize all paid marketing efforts. This role is designed for a true operator — someone who can manage $10M–$20M+ budgets, lead a high-performing team, and build a predictable, high-ROI growth engine. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where accountability is high, decisions are fast, and results matter. This is a role for builders, not passengers.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Leadership & Strategy
  • Own end-to-end strategy, execution, optimization, and forecasting across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Programmatic, Affiliates, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage and profitably scale $10M–$20M+ annual media budgets with discipline and financial rigor.
  • Develop a robust testing roadmap across creative, audience segmentation, bidding, landing pages, and offer structures.
  • Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build, lead, and mentor a best-in-class in-house team of media buyers, analysts, and creative partners.
  • Oversee and manage agency relationships when necessary to support internal efforts.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Finance, Operations, and Merchandising to align paid media plans with inventory, forecasts, and promotional cycles.
  • Attribution, Measurement & Reporting
  • Lead advanced attribution, incrementality testing, and cross-channel budget allocation with a focus on MER and contribution margin.
  • Maintain media P&Ls and deliver clean, accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Build and manage advanced Excel/Sheets models for forecasting, scenario planning, trend analysis, and performance insights.
  • 7–10+ years of performance marketing experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing $10M–$20M+ budgets with demonstrated efficiency and ROI improvement.
  • Deep expertise across Meta and Google; strong working knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
  • Track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing paid media teams.
  • Master-level proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including pivot tables, multi-scenario modeling, and complex data manipulation.
  • Strong command of key performance metrics including MER, ROAS, CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and payback windows.
  • Excellent creative instincts — able to identify winners, diagnose performance drivers, and lead iterative creative testing cycles.
  • Experience in fast-paced DTC/e-commerce environments, especially those involving inventory constraints or seasonality.
  • Operates with urgency, precision, and a high sense of ownership.
