You will be responsible for onboarding, enabling, and managing partners to ensure successful delivery of software solutions that drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on partner engagement, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams. You will define partner strategies, certification programs, and governance frameworks while ensuring partners consistently deliver high-quality implementations. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a background in SaaS, telecom software, or professional services who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys building scalable partner ecosystems.

  • Accountabilities
  • Define and execute the global System Integrator partner strategy, aligning with company growth and go-to-market objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard SI partners, segmenting them by capability, region, and strategic importance.
  • Develop and maintain structured onboarding, enablement, and certification programs for partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners during active customer implementations, providing guidance and escalation support.
  • Track partner performance, utilization, certification status, and customer outcomes, implementing remediation plans for underperforming partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure consistent delivery standards and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Continuously refine partner processes, delivery governance models, and enablement frameworks to maximize partner effectiveness and scalability.
  • Requirements
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Partner Management, Professional Services, or Consulting within a SaaS or telecom software environment.
  • Proven track record of onboarding, enabling, and managing System Integrator partners in complex enterprise or carrier environments.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS telecom platforms, such as OSS/BSS, billing, provisioning, or CPaaS.
  • Excellent program management, stakeholder coordination, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to both partners and internal teams.
  • Experience building certification or enablement programs from scratch is a plus.
  • Familiarity with global partner ecosystems and multi-region delivery models preferred.
