We are seeking a DM Setter & Closer to manage inbound and outbound conversations, qualify leads, and book calls for our high-ticket offers. The focus is on Latin American and Eurasian markets (Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Serbia, etc.). Once capable, you’ll receive: 1. $150 bi-weekly base pay 2. 5% commission on high-ticket conversions from high-income booked calls. 3. We expect at least 5 qualified booked calls per week. Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound DMs and outbound engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. 2. Qualify leads and route them into the correct funnel using ManyChat and GoHighLevel (GHL). 3. Use Meta Business Suite to manage and respond to messages/comments. 4. Follow sales scripts, objection handling frameworks, and upsell/down-sell ladders. 5. Keep CRM updated with tags, notes, and booking statuses. 6. Collaborate with closers to ensure smooth handoffs. 7. Report daily on leads messaged, qualified, and booked. Requirements: Proven experience as a DM Setter, Closer, or Sales Development Rep. Familiarity with GoHighLevel, ManyChat, and Meta Business Suite. Ability to qualify leads based on geo-location (focus on high-income Latin America & Eurasia). Strong written communication skills in English and Spanish/Portuguese (preferred). Availability to work consistent hours and hit booking quotas. Self-starter mindset: able to follow SOPs while adapting in real conversations.
