🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the Netherlands market
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through various channels
• Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless hiring delivery

✅ Requirements:

• Proficiency in Dutch – excellent written and spoken skills are a must
• Prior experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, remote setup
• Comfortable working across time zones, especially EU business hours
