I'm looking for a video editor with some experience making DTC ads on Meta. Your primary role will be to take a script and a marketing angle and bring it to life with perfectly paced, emotionally resonant visuals that drive conversions. You’ll be paid per concept (batch of ads) to start, and if I like your work and we form a good relationship I will put you on a retainer with performance bonuses. The better your ads perform, the better you get paid. What's needed: - Experience making ad creatives that convert - Be able to source content from the internet if there’s some footage that isn’t provided to you - Be able to analyze and understand what makes other winning ads work, such as the pacing, things in the video that bring engagement etc - Understand iterations - Be willing to learn from me - Good English Please link your portfolio.
