  • Scope of the Role
  • We are looking for an Ecommerce Brand Manager with a strong marketing background who can manage end-to-end brand operations on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, Ebay and others while also contributing to social content initiatives (e.g., Instagram campaigns). This is a hybrid role blending marketplace management, performance optimisation, and creative brand execution.
  • You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving listing performance, setting up items, overseeing product launches, and collaborating on content that strengthens brand presence across Amazon and social platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day brand operations across various platforms (ie. Amazon Seller Central)
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue, conversion, and ranking.
  • Oversee listing optimisation: keyword research, SEO updates, photography briefs, A+ content, and storefront improvements.
  • Coordinate and manage product launches, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory planning.
  • Monitor KPIs such as TACOS, CTR, CVR, session growth, and organic rank.
  • Collaborate with PPC partners or internal ads teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor movement, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
  • Build creative briefs for Amazon images, lifestyle shoots, infographics, and video content.
  • Hire freelance content creators (ie Fiverr) to create the videos, lifestyle photo’s and other content.
  • Support Instagram strategy with creative ideation, content outlines, and brand-aligned messaging.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with action-oriented insights.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing Amazon brands (Seller Central).
  • At least 1 year of experience managing accounts on Temu, TikTok Shop.
  • Proven track record scaling 6–8 figure Amazon brands.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, listing optimisation, and ranking strategies.
  • Experience collaborating on creative campaigns for social media (Instagram preferred).
  • Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong understanding of product launch frameworks and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with Amazon tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, DataDive, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
