I am looking for a senior deliverability consultant to evaluate my current email sending structure, including domains, SMTP providers, segmentation logic, authentication configuration and inbox performance. The objective is diagnosis, strategic guidance and actionable recommendations. I will apply the configurations and changes as advised. My base is B2C, predominantly Gmail with part of the audience on Outlook. I need help identifying what is causing deliverability loss and how to gradually improve inbox placement. Scope of the consultation: • Analyze sending architecture and domain usage • Review DNS and authentication settings • Diagnose factors that affect Gmail acceptance • Diagnose factors that affect Outlook filtering • Identify technical and content based risk points for spam • Suggest improvements for long term reputation growth • Provide a recovery pathway if needed Requirements: • Expert knowledge in email deliverability • Demonstrated experience with Gmail and Outlook inbox optimization • Solid understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC and DNS • Ability to explain best practices in a clear and structured way • Knowledge of how mailbox providers interpret sender reputation • Analytical mindset focused on causal factors and evidence based conclusions
