• We are seeking a creative Email Designer to craft visually compelling and highly effective email campaigns for e-commerce audiences. In this role, you will design responsive email templates optimized for both desktop and mobile, ensuring each campaign aligns with marketing goals and brand identity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to campaign strategy, and use data-driven insights to continuously enhance design performance. Accountabilities

• Conceptualize, design, and build visually engaging email campaigns for marketing and lifecycle initiatives.
• Develop responsive email templates optimized for desktop and mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and development teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
• Maintain brand consistency across campaigns and optimize visual assets for performance and accessibility.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to improve email design effectiveness.
• Create and maintain design systems, SOPs, and provide support for other design-related tasks as needed.
• 3+ years of experience in email design, preferably in an agency or e-commerce setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or InDesign).
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar visual design tools.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work full-time in EST time zone.
• Nice to have: Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
