I'm looking for a talented email designer to create 16 beautifully branded emails in Figma. This is a time-sensitive project for a premium British clothing brand with a refined, countryside-inspired aesthetic. You’ll be working directly from a structured strategy doc, clear copy, and provided brand assets - your role is to bring each email to life visually, ready for implementation in Klaviyo. Project Details: - Email count: 16 unique emails - Flows covered: 3 flows - Welcome Flow, Pre-Order Nurture Flow, Abandoned Cart Flow - Copy: Fully written and provided for each email - Design style: Heritage/luxury fashion - think Purdey, Fairfax & Favor, Holland Cooper - Tools: Design must be completed in Figma, structured for easy handover - Deadline: October 14th (non-negotiable) - Budget: $600 USD flat rate - Assets I Will Provide: Logo, fonts, brand colours, lifestyle imagery, design inspiration, and clear copy per email What You'll Do: - Design 16 email layouts in Figma - Use supplied copy and image library to build on-brand layouts - Match brand tone (premium, minimal, elegant - no ecommerce flash) - Deliver designs organised, clean, and sliced as needed for implementation - Communicate clearly and deliver on deadline Ideal Candidate: - Strong portfolio of email design work in Figma - Experience working with luxury/lifestyle brands - Detail-oriented with excellent layout, type, and spacing instincts - Reliable and able to hit a tight deadline - Familiar with Klaviyo layout structure Bonus: If this project goes well, there is ongoing work available - I run a small email marketing studio specialising in premium lifestyle and fashion brands.
