My In-House agency team, is looking to integrate a part-time freelancer onto our team. I'm looking for a Digital Creative Designer who has the ability to work ~ 9am ~ 3pm EST ( UTC-5). Hours will vary week to week based on workload, current projected hours are around 20-30 hours per week, ideally available 4 to 5 hours per day. This designer will work alongside my full service in-house agency team on projects that are submitted to our internal agency for design. The idea candidate will have the following: - Conceptualize and design landing pages, emails, social media graphics. - Work on our Kickoff Event Graphics, within Figma that are later converted into PowerPoints for Main stage Presentations. - Work alongside an animator to bring graphics to life. - Become a brand expert with a clear understanding and utilization of current brand guidelines. - Keen attention to detail & the ability to manage projects in an agile environment using Asana. - The ability to work on all levels of projects, from strategy to production and be able to participate in stakeholder conversations. - 8+ years of experience in the design field - The ability to think "in motion" to create graphics that will later be animated.
