- Job Description
- The Engineering Lead will be responsible for guiding the studio’s technical teams, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of “gaming floor” projects, and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of software, firmware, and hardware solutions while maintaining technical and network security.
Key responsibilities include
- Conducting strategic planning, goal setting, project coordination, cost-benefit analyses, and return-on-investment evaluations.
- Serving as the primary technical and communication liaison between stakeholders and key internal users for initiatives, communications, and ITS requirement assessments.
- Managing the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware and software (including PCs, peripherals, servers, network equipment, operating systems, and other applications).
- Acting as the IT point of contact and overseeing IT-related aspects of new office setups, expansions, and similar projects.
- Integrating new technologies and delivering solutions aligned with evolving project requirements.
- Performing tasks related to divisional activities and ITS projects.
- Supporting other ITS Operations Managers in the region as needed.
- Collaborating with ITS in identifying, developing, and communicating new technology standards and best practices.
- Qualifications
- Experience working in a 24/7 operational environment.
- C1 (advanced user) level of English.
- 3-5 years of experience in team management.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT related field).
- Project management and planning skills.
- Analytical skills and ability to generate and interpret reports.
- Experience managing budget.
