🧠 The Role: Enterprise Automation Specialist

We’re looking for an Enterprise Automation Specialist to help our customers implement high-impact automations using Activepieces. Your mission is to accelerate AI adoption, reduce operational costs, and increase revenue by building tailored automation solutions across departments like sales, marketing, operations, HR, and finance. You’ll guide enterprises from idea to execution, bringing both empathy and excitement to every customer interaction. If you love understanding real problems and crafting elegant automation workflows that make teams more productive, this role is for you.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Partner with customers to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities
• Design and implement automation solutions using Activepieces, often powered by AI
• Lead onboarding and enablement for enterprise accounts
• Create reusable playbooks, templates, and best practices for scaling impact
• Collaborate with product and support teams to share insights and improve the platform
• Translate technical capabilities into real business value
• Help customers measure impact and expand automation across their organization

🧩 What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in automation, workflow tools, or integration platforms
• Strong knowledge of tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar
• A proven track record of deploying automations in enterprise environments
• Clear and confident communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Curiosity and empathy for customer problems and a creative mindset to solve them
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and drive projects forward
