What you'll be doing

  • Our Sales Development Representatives are the catalyst for TLC's next wave of success. The first point of contact for potential clients, setting the stage for long-lasting partnerships with industry leaders. This isn't just any telemarketing role – it's a chance to be a true ambassador for TLC, igniting interest in our innovative customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty solutions.
  • Drive daily outbound to contacts and warm prospects via phone, email (Outlook), LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Identify, research and generate new opportunities within target accounts across our ideal client profiles including FMCG, QSR, Banking, Telco, and Digital Platforms.
  • Embark on a strategic outreach mission, targeting decision-makers across various sectors
  • Leverage your persuasive skills to secure valuable meetings for our Business Development team
  • Become a master of our CRM system, ensuring perfectly timed, impactful outreach
  • Conduct insightful research to understand prospects' industries, challenges, and opportunities
  • Build a powerful professional network through LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Articulate TLC's unique value proposition with confidence and clarity
  • Overcome objections with finesse and turn initial scepticism into genuine interest
  • What We're Looking For
  • Telemarketing, lead generation, outbound prospecting or sales experience
  • A natural communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly and effortlessly
  • Solutions focussed, you see "no" as a challenge, not a roadblock
  • A curious mind, always eager to learn about new industries and business trends
  • Tech-savvy with CRM experience and a knack for social media networking
  • High emotional intelligence and a client-focused mindset
