Job Description Responsabilidades: Monitorar e buscar oportunidades de licitação no portal da Petrobras (Petronect) e em outros. Ler os editais de licitação, buscando equipamentos do portfólio da Agilent. Realizar o cadastro de novas licitações no sistema global da Agilent (Bids Tool). Ser responsável pelo lançamento de todas as informações e documentos das licitações no sistema (Bids Tool) até a conclusão do processo. Ser responsável pela elaboração de propostas e documentação para licitações públicas. Executar outras atividades administrativas relacionadas às licitações, como verificação de todos os e-mails da área, interface com as equipes de Vendas, Jurídico e Contratos, entre outros Qualifications Cursando graduação em Administração ou Direito. Inglês intermediário Residir na cidade de São Paulo ou ter fácil acesso Atuação em modelo remoto, com disponibilidade para reuniões presenciais ocasionais em São Paulo Additional Details This job has a part time weekly schedule.
