LI-POST Job - Administration Schedule - Full time '- Support account setup and onboarding processes in CRM and B2B eCommerce systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely activation. - Assist with product and pricing configuration within CPQ tools, helping ensure accuracy in customer quotes and orders. - Monitor and help resolve customer access or usability issues within the eCommerce platform. - Collect and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey across digital channels. - Help maintain internal documentation and training materials for portal usage, CPQ guidelines, and onboarding procedures.
