LI-POST Job - Administration Schedule - Full time - Support the execution and monitoring of operational processes across customer accounts (e.g., onboarding, contract management, issue resolution). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Support, Delivery) to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Assist in updating and maintaining account records and operational documentation in relevant systems and tools (e.g., CRM, ERP). - Participate in data analysis and KPI tracking for account health, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. - Identify and document process improvement opportunities based on recurring issues or workflow inefficiencies. - Prepare reports and dashboards to support operational reviews and business insights.
