O que você fará: Monitorar a infraestrutura de rede e sistemas em tempo real, utilizando ferramentas de gestão e monitoramento Apoiar na identificação e registrar incidentes e problemas, seguindo os procedimentos estabelecidos Auxiliar na resolução de problemas técnicos, realizando diagnósticos e implementando soluções sob supervisão Colaborar com a equipe de NOC na de manutenções programadas e atualizações de sistema Participar na documentação de processos, procedimentos e soluções encontradas Apoiar na análise de relatórios de desempenho e disponibilidade da rede Manter comunicação com outras equipes de TI e usuários finais para garantir a resolução eficaz de incidentes Aprender e aplicar boas práticas de segurança da informação e gestão de redes O que você precisa ter: Cursando graduação em áreas relacionadas a Tecnologia da Informação, Redes de Computadores, Engenharia da Computação, a partir do 3º semestre; Disponibilidade para trabalhar no modelo híbrido sendo 2 dias presenciais em Botafogo e os demais remotos.
