We are looking for a HR Intern to join our team. Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to the LATAM Talent Management Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the operational activities of the Talent Management function for Latam region. Main Responsibilities Generation of process control reports (P+ for NDW and DW, People Development, Training, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding) Information analysis Logistical support in training Recording of performance and development management information Administrative support in data consolidation associated with Satisfaction and Engagement Surveys Who are we looking for? We are looking for a worker with the following skills: Student of Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business Administration or Human Resources 2 years available for internships Live in Sorocaba or have mobility to commute to work daily. MS Office – Intermediate Level (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Languages: Portuguese and English. Spanish desirable Estamos buscando um Estagiário de RH para se juntar à nossa equipe.
